Welcome to part four of our review of the Q3 2019 SAP SuccessFactors update.
Yesterday our consultants examined the updates coming to Recruiting, Onboarding and Platform & Analytics. Today we’re branching out into some of the modules that allow organisations to develop their talent pools, Learning and Succession & Development.
Succession & Development and Calibration
This quarter, Katam Bharath takes up the mantle on reviewing the areas of Succession, Development and Calibration. Katam takes a look at the sizeable number of small but impactful adjustments made to improve usability across each area.
While SuccessFactors Learning is on somewhat of a hiatus at the moment with the administration interface rewrite, Stephen Millard takes a look at what is coming longer term and how not only the administrator’s user interface is changing, but also how the consolidation of reporting will affect Learning.
