We’re following up on yesterday’s articles with three more. The usual combination of Recruiting and Onboarding are joined by an article covering some of the broader platform information and the advances in analytics and reports that are available to SuccessFactors users.
Sharing her recruiting expertise, Anisha Rajput looks at how updates to capture forms are going to improve things for recruiters and candidates alike, some interesting developments around automating job board posting and of course the new agency portal.
Andra Stoica has a check through the small enhancements and fixes that SAP are deploying in Q3 and looks ahead to what we can expect from “Onboarding 2.0”, which is due for general release in Q4.
Platform, Analytics & Reporting
Imparting insights this quarter into some of the underpinnings of the SuccessFactors increasingly integrated reporting functionality is Stephen Hammond. Stephen examines several new features around the SuccessFactors home page as well as some extension, API and rule-based enhancements and changes, some of which deserve special attention for whoever maintains integrations for your organisation. Stephen also looks at something rather important that you may have seen referenced in several other articles this quarter, “People Analytics”.
