Welcome to part five of our review of the Q3 2018 SAP SuccessFactors update.
Today’s roundup of articles completes our series, and it’s a one consultant show. Shane Williams returns to wrap up on yesterday’s employee enablement with Performance Management & Goals Management, plus Succession & Development and Calibration. Learn in this release how SAP is improving the systems not just for the end user, but, just as importantly, for the administrators who are configuring the system and ensuring it is configured to meet the latest business needs.
Performance Management & Goals Management
From Check Tools and European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) related enhancements in Performance Management through to feedback request viewing in Continuous Performance Management, Shane walks us through the ins and outs in the latest release.
Succession & Development and Calibration
It may be somewhat of a light release in volume of changes for Succession & Development and Calibration, but Shane takes stock of what these changes in areas such as Metadata Framework Talent Pools, and user interface revisions, and what this means for end users today; as well as a nod to the future foundation potential.
While this post marks the end of our series of articles; it isn’t the end of the story.
Stephen Burr, Consulting Services Executive Manager at Zalaris UK&I, casts a critical eye over the entire Q3 2018 update in his follow-up summary post. He looks at some of the themes and developments he’s seen emerging and highlights the more interesting aspects of this release with an aim to give you a more strategic view of what’s particularly valuable now, and where SAP is potentially taking SuccessFactors next.
