Welcome to part four of our review of the Q3 2018 SAP SuccessFactors update.
We’re well over half way through our series of articles now, and today we’re covering the modules that get your staff into the business and productive – recruiting, onboarding and learning. Find out just how SuccessFactors is enabling a more rapid return on investment from your most flexible resources.
Onboarding 2.0 may be under development for release in 2019, but it isn’t due for a while yet. Shane Williams takes us on a quick tour of the compliance updates and notable bug fixes in the latest release before he dives in on SAP’s latest tease of version 2.0. Shane also covers a few “gotchas” in relation to the ‘Home Page 3 Universal Roll Out’.
In his review, Jakub Królikowski from Zalaris Poland picks out the key developments in Recruiting, beginning with a look at the new functionality around e-mail campaigns that touch on both analytics and privacy. There are some interesting updates involving job applications focussing on LinkedIn integration and form guidance plus a plethora of minor module enhancements.
Stephanie Perks kicks off her review of SAP SuccessFactors Learning with a look at the significant changes to the course home page. As well as looking at some mobile-related enhancements and some tweaks to recommendations tiles, Stephanie also explains a little bit about the new personalised learning recommendations driven by SAP’s machine learning infrastructure.
