Welcome the fourth installment of our review of the Q2 2019 SAP SuccessFactors update.
We’re now just over half-way through our Q2 blog series; we hope you’ve found the content interesting so far. We continue today with another article providing insight to a further two areas. We begin with a look at the modules utilized when hiring employees into a company; Recruiting and Onboarding. Followed on from this is a further reflection on the updates seen within Platform, Reporting and Analytics.
Recruiting (Management, Marketing & Positing)
Anisha Rajput evaluates several enhancements within Recruiting, namely the enhanced email Correspondence features through Message Centre and an interesting new feature, Mass Initiate Onboarding. Do take a read to further understand these features and the improvements brought to efficiency and usability with Recruiting.
With continued updates to Onboarding 2.0 for the select customers in trial, Andra Stoica reviews both these enhancements and those still applied to Onboarding 1.0. One of Andra’s key call outs is regarding DocuSign for multiple documents and the improvements seen to Manage Pending Hires screen; both of which support improved and effective administrative actions within the module.
Platform, Reporting and Analytics
Our colleague Sondre Grahl-Jacobsen from Zalaris Norway provides us a clear summary of the enhancements made to Platform, in areas ranging from improvements to the Integration Center functionality and better usability with Business Rules Designer. Whilst awaiting the major enhancements to Reporting & Analytics due in Q3 and Q4, Sondre reflects on the smaller updates seen to this area.
