Performance and Goals, 360 & CPM
Karishma Neog evaluates within her article, the few minor updates seen within Performance and Goals this quarter and the Continuous Performance Management integration with Learning development within Mobile.
Compensation & Variable Pay
Our knowledgeable colleague Samanta Vila provides us a clear summary of the updates and enhancements made to Compensation and Variable Pay in areas such as Compensation Statements and better usability within Executive reviews. Much like other module areas this quarter we see many of these enhancements have been influenced heavily in response to Customer Community ideas.
