Welcome to part four of our review of the Q1 2019 SAP SuccessFactors update.
We are drawing ever closer towards our final article of the series, though fear not, as today we’re covering the modules that help keep your staff engaged with their career progression and development. We begin with a review of the Mobile Application updates before taking a closer look at Onboarding and finally Succession & Development.
With improvements to the Mobile application often well received with an on-the-go workforce, our Consultant Anders Hummeluhr from Zalaris Denmark takes us through some of the key developments. The main focus this quarter is in aligning the web-based functionality for Performance, Goals and Learning to the Mobile application.
Anisha Rajput provides us her review of the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding updates. The volume of enhancements again is somewhat light, which is to be expected with SAP resources still heavily focused on SAP Analytics at present. However, Onboarding 2.0 is released this quarter and Anisha’s concise review teases some key features.
Succession & Development and Calibration
Stephanie Perks takes stock of the changes within Succession & Development; the most significant update for Succession is that of the new Lineage Chart User Interface. Take a read of her concise and informative review to find out what these enhancements mean for end users today and moving forward.
