We are firmly into 2020 now and while SAP SuccessFactors may have switched to a bi-annual release, the first of which is due in May, SAP Cloud for Customer remains on a quarterly release schedule and that comes to production systems in mid-February. Consequently, the Employee Central Service Centre solution for SuccessFactors also continues to receive quarterly updates, and so one of our consultants has been examining the changes.
